The high quality standard of our products is guaranteed by certified processes according to ISO/TS 16949 as well as by measurements and tests performed during the production. To achieve this, we use high-precision methods such as measurements via SPC, profile projectors, roundness measuring systems, contourographs and the Profile 50 optical measuring system. Thanks to our optical testing machines, a cost-effective and safe 100% monitoring can be obtained. This allows us to precisely determine the lengths, inside and outside diameters as well as concentricity. Turned parts with residual chips are eliminated in a reliable way.
